The girls
Brody was walking towards us and Laurel asked what in the world was on Brody's face.... he got up closer and I noticed he had gotten into some charcoal that was dumped on the ground ! It's so funny to see his perfect little handprint across his face!
Here are the kids and their new found friends. I honeslty don't know what I'd do without them here! We've all had so much fun getting to know them all.
Grass Fight!! By the end of the night the kids were sweaty, shirtless, and FILTHY!! Which is an all too common scenario out here! The heat is unbearable but the kids seem to have fun anyways!
Poor Avery is the only girl among all these wild boys! She is able to keep right up with them (does that surprise anyone though!) That night when the kids got out of the tub there was an inch thick of dirt and grass on the bottom... good memories!!

I'm glad there are girls out there. I know how it feels without any girls, last summer there were none and this summer more than I can count! It's always a + with other kids out there too.
Loving all the posts! Looks like you are having a great time. Jace is such a character and Avery is adorable. Brodys little handprint on his face is so cute!
I think the Geico Caveman would be pissed to hear that you didn't enjoy El Paso last year!! I won't tell him.
Glad that there are lots of wives to hang out with, and lots of kiddies for your kiddies! Don't feel bad that Aves is the only girl. She doesn't seem to mind. And I bet she tires out all the boys! Girl to guy ratio, looks pretty good in her favor. Why couldn't Provo have been that way when I first moved there?

Definitely good memories! That was a good idea to get all of us together and have a picninc.. and now I'm totally craving those cupcakes you made!
