I took Brody in to get his pictures taken last week. He did so good and I thought JCPenney did a great job. He is 4 weeks old in the pictures and I can't believe how fast time has flown by since he was born. Pretty soon he won't be a newborn anymore. He is also starting to lose some of his adorable crazy dark hair. I love him so much and can't imagine life without this sweet little guy! I am curious to know how much he weighs now. I am noticing some fat rolls developing on his legs, so cute! The kids still can't seem to get enough of him. I thought the excitement of having a new baby in the house would have worn off by now, but they still are smothering him every chance they get. I hope the kids stay close and always love each other this much. They are all going to have so much fun once Brody gets bigger and can interact a little more with them.
Things are going pretty good here for the most part. JD has had a really successful summer so far. I think they are halfway through the summer already. I admire him for getting up every morning, six days a week to go knock doors and try and keep his guys motivated too. He is such a good leader and I appreciate all he does to support our family. Thanks honey! :) I still struggle with trying to get everyone ready at a decent time in the morning. My sister Leisha is still out here with me and will be for another month and a half. I don't know what I am going to do without her. It's going to go by so fast I am sure. I am just glad to have her while I am adjusting to the new baby and trying to get somewhat of a schedule going. My sister Lachelle and her husband leave here in a week!! I can't believe it. I am soooo sad. It has gone by way too fast. She will truly be missed. It's been so fun to hang out with her everyday. At least she will leave here with some good memories! I know I will. Love ya sis!

I can't get over how funny that picture of him sitting up is!! It seriously doesn't look like him. Maybe it's because I'm just used to seeing Brody with his eyes closed. And the first black and white picture totally looks like an Anne Geddes baby! TOO CUTE! Oh, by the way, you never sent his pictures to my email....so you better get on that. And you're becoming quite the little pro at blogging now. You didn't even call me to ask questions on this post! Good job!! Thanks for the little tribute too! Leah he is sooo CUTE!! I love the picture where is is leaning on his arms! I love is little fluffy baby hair. It would've been way nice to have a sister stay here when Lily was new...Lucky you! Enjoy it while she's there!! We are headed up to Idaho Falls this weekend...sometime you need to head back home (IF) for the 4th!
