OH MY HELL...
I am SO SO SO ANNOYED right now! I want to try and keep my blog current especially for my family and I just DREAD posting! Why does it take 30 minutes to upload 2 PICS??! I don't get it. Is it my internet connection? Is it my new camera that has more mega pixels than my old one? Or is it Blogger cuz everyone in this universe has a blog now??!! I don't know but I can't stand it anymore. I just sat down and tried to post some pics of the Holiday so far and I have been unsuccessful at uploading 2 pics... that's it! I want to know how some of my friends who post tons of pics are able to do it?? Do you literally have to sit at your computer ALL DAY LONG?!! Whatever is going on I am so completely bugged right now.... can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, or how to fix this problem, or is anyone else having problems?! Ugh.... I want to post our famiy pictures but won't if it's gonna take me years! HELP.

You may have the quality up too high on the camera. On mine I go to quality then size. I have mine on 640x480. The higher you go, the longer it takes!:) I hope that helps!
Just take the "size" down. (if you don't know how just ask me in your comments) Your picture quality won't look worse to the viewers and it should only take a couple of seconds to upload.
I hear you!!! Some days It makes me FOREVER to write and upload pictures to a post. I have found if the picture is TOO large it takes longer to upload. Good luck in solving the problem!
Like the others said, make sure the picture sizes aren't too big but the main thing is you may have too many programs, pics etc. on your computer that takes up a lot of space. I had the same problem, so I erased things on my computer that I didn't use or need. Also after you do that, then go to the recycle bin and completely erase the entire bin. I did that and it goes way faster! Trust me and try that. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell ya but it should. Lemme know what happens and good luck. Do you take the size down when you go to upload the pics and it has the options of small, med, large?? I tried that and I still can't get my pics to load. Is that what I'm supposed to do?? I feel so stupid... computers are not my forte!
you have to change the size in a photo editing software first....before you upload.
Your so funny Leah, I told you what the problem is awhile ago. It's not your camera or megapixels, I promise cause my camera has 13 megapixels and it is fast at uploading pictures. It takes about 3 seconds literally to upload pics to my blog. I promise it's your computer, mike is sitting here with me and says the same thing that you probably have too many bad cookies and junk on your computer that needs to be deleted. I'm really good on computers, I can help you with it sometime if you want. Let me know
Hey! Did you figure it out? You could ask Dix. He LOVES that I always call him at work and ask him how to download again...or complain it isn't working and then I sware as soon as he tries it works. We do the same thing! so whatever! Wish I could help...but I'm pretty clueless.
